One Year Life Threating Genetic Health Guarantee
Responsibility for the health of the puppy will be yours, as the buyer of this puppy. You will have a 10 day Health Guarantee from the date of sale. With a one year life threating genetic health guarantee.
Examination!!!!is Essential at the earliest possible time to have your puppy checked by a Licensed Veterinarian..( Not an Assistant) This guarantee is void should the buyer fails to have the puppy examined within the 10 day period.. If your Vet. finds a life threating health problem, have him contact me and send a written statement, stating whats wrong with the puppy. Then you should return the puppy within the time period of 10 days. And exchange it for another puppy of equal value. If ones not available at that time. You will receive one when available. If shipping or transportation is required, it will be at buyers expense.
There will be no refund of any money, only exchanges. If your puppy should die while in your care, you must have an (Autopsy performed by a Licensed State Lab.) Not your Veterinarian, with written documentation. No replacement puppy will be given until an Autopsy has been done. to determine the cause of death.
Buyer excepts all financial responsibility and travel expenses for replacement puppies on land and air. To make this a binding contract. This contract will be Void if buyer fails to maintain annual check ups by a licensed Veterinarian. Proof of said maintenance must be furnished upon request .This contract is not Transferable .
Buyer agrees to accept responsibility for the health and well being of the puppy for it's lifetime. This includes Financial Responsibility for any and all Veterinarian , and all Vet. bills of any and all kinds.
After puppy leaves Breeders care. I am not responsible for any nor all Veterinarian Bills of no Kind.
Integration::
This agreement is fully integrated and represents the entire agreement of both parties. Any representation not express here-in are of no effect.
This Guarantee does not include retained testicles, breeding ability, size or color.This puppy is not considered to be of show or breeding quality. However is a good Representative of it's breed and is structurally and temperamentally suited as a pet.
Also does not include worms, mites, cocci, kennel cough, or any parasites, as they are common in dogs and puppies. And are treatable and easily treated. Which can be contracted from your soil, water, and boarding facility.
It must be a life threating condition.
This Guarantee is Void if the puppy is exposed to any Illness caused by neglect, evidence of abuse, exposure to weather, injury, chocking or poisoning, or any kind of injury.Your puppy has had it's first set of shots and wormed frequently, from two weeks until sold. You will need to keep your shots up to date, as well as wormed.
(These Puppies come with a limited reg. which means your buying this puppy as a pet, and not as a breeding dog. Breeding dogs will have an extra charge added to the pet price.)
You the buyer of the puppy have read and understands , and agrees to the Guarantee. Acceptance of this Puppy constitutes acceptance of this agreement
